This was a very tough list to compose, simply as I couldn't think of any proper human emotion films. Instead I looked at how each issue in these films I nominated were beneficial to the actual films themselves e.g. Elephant Man - cruelty, This Is England - race, Brokeback Mountain - sexuality. Nonetheless there are some excellent films on this list but I feel that in the future if I do remake this list, then there may be more focus on the dramatic aspect on the film's aim.
